Scoreline is an online marketplace that connects customers with sports venues in Pakistan. We help you discover courts, make a booking, and pay online. The sporting facility and on-site experience are provided by the independent venue, not by Scoreline.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make bookings.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity on your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

• Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any applicable platform/service fee, displayed before you pay.
• A slot is reserved for you and confirmed once your payment is completed (or, where offered, when you choose to pay on arrival).
• Bookings are subject to venue availability. In the rare event a confirmed slot cannot be honoured, you will receive a full refund.
• Please arrive on time. Venue rules, safety instructions, and staff guidance apply during your session.

Online payments are processed securely by Safepay. By paying, you authorise the charge for the booking amount shown at checkout. A receipt and booking confirmation are issued on successful payment. Scoreline does not store your card details.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Make speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, or disrupt, the platform or its security.

Scoreline acts as an intermediary that facilitates discovery, booking, and payment. The venue is responsible for the condition of its facilities and the service it provides on site. While we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any venue, our support team will help resolve issues with your booking wherever we can.

The Scoreline name, logo, website, and software are owned by Scoreline or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for personal, non-commercial booking purposes.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scoreline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts of any venue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached, or where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
