Is Scoreline free for players?

Yes. You pay the venue's listed price, nothing on top — and every game you play earns cash back as points (1%–3% in Pakistan, 2%–4% in the United States, rising with your level). Points come off your next booking.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancel a paid booking before its cancellation window closes (24 hours, shorter at higher levels) and the venue's share comes back to you as Scoreline Credit, which spends automatically on your next game.

A 12-week season in your country: earn points for every game you play, finish weekly quests, unlock credit and a free hour at partner venues, and climb a per-sport ranking. Points count when a game is played, never when it's booked.

How do challenges and rankings work?

Challenge anyone to a friendly — it goes on your record. A competitive challenge is played on a court you booked, with everyone on the booking; type each game's score and your rating moves on the share of games you won.

Do I get anything for inviting friends?

When a friend you invited plays their first booking of Rs 2,000 or more ($25 in the US), you get Rs 200 ($3) in Scoreline Credit and Season points.

I own a venue. How do I get listed?

Sign up — the full product is free for 3 months on Growth, no card. Add your courts, prices, photos and location, and you go live on the marketplace. Online bookings land in the same calendar your front desk uses.

What does it cost a venue?

A monthly plan — Starter Rs 7,999, Growth Rs 14,999, Pro Rs 34,999 a month in Pakistan; yearly is two months free — plus 15% commission on bookings that come through the marketplace. Walk-ins and bookings you take yourself carry no commission.

What does the venue platform include?

Bookings and walk-ins, a front-desk drawer with cash counts, café and POS, bundles of hours, customers, staff and payroll, expenses, reports and a double-entry ledger, red flags that catch missing cash — and one login across every branch.

Which countries and sports?

Pakistan and the United States. Padel, futsal and football, cricket, badminton, squash, basketball and table tennis.

One Scoreline app for players and venue staff is in final testing for iPhone and Android. Everything works on the website today, on any phone or computer.
