How Scoreline Credit, reward points, member levels, Seasons, free hours and referral rewards work.
Last updated 8 October 2026 · version 1.0
Credit is money on your Scoreline account. It comes from cancellations, refunds, Season rewards and referral rewards. It's spent automatically at checkout, only on Scoreline, only in the currency it was given in, and can't be cashed out. It doesn't expire while your account is open.
Online bookings earn points (cashback), which you can use to pay part of a later booking. Points expire after a stretch with no bookings — currently 9 months; your Wallet shows the current rule.
Your member level counts your paid online bookings in the last 12 months that weren't cancelled. Higher levels earn more points, can cancel later and can book further ahead:
| Level | Bookings in 12 months | Cancel up to |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze | 0+ | 24 hours before |
| Silver | 10+ | 12 hours before |
| Gold | 25+ | 6 hours before |
| Platinum | 50+ | 2 hours before |
You get Rs 200 (or $3 in the US) of Scoreline Credit once a friend you invited plays their first booking of Rs 2,000 / $25 or more. Your friend must be new to Scoreline and enter your code within 30 minutes of creating their account. You can be rewarded for up to 20 friends every 90 days; further invites wait until there's room.
Promo codes follow the limits shown with them (expiry, minimum spend, one use per person). One code per booking.
Rewards gained by fake accounts, self-referral, cancelled-and-rebooked loops or any other trick are removed, and the account may be suspended. A banned account's upcoming paid bookings are cancelled without a refund, and the points earned on them are taken back. We may change or end a reward programme with notice; rewards already earned are honoured.
