Plan & Subscription Terms

There are three plans: Starter, Growth and Pro. Prices and what each includes are on the pricing page; a yearly plan costs 10 months. A price agreed with our sales team is shown on your plan and invoice. Bookings are never capped on any plan.

New venues get a 90-day free trial of Growth. One free trial per venue. No card is needed to start.

• Plans are paid on the website (Plan & billing in the dashboard) by card or wallet, in advance. The app doesn't sell plans.
• If you save a card, your plan renews automatically at the end of each period. We remind you before it renews. You can turn auto-renew off any time.
• Moving up a plan starts at once; unused paid days on the old plan become extra days. Moving down starts when your paid period ends. You choose which courts and logins stay before you pay — nothing is deleted.
• Plan payments aren't refunded for part-used periods, except where the law requires or we made a mistake.

• 3 days after a paid period ends unpaid, the plan is overdue. The owner can still see everything, pay and contact support, but can't change things.
• Your desk staff keep serving players who already paid — open the shift, check in, run the café tab and take payment. New walk-ins and settings wait until the plan is paid.
• Payouts pause; your earnings keep adding up and are released when you pay.
• 30 days after that, your venue is hidden from the marketplace and your staff are locked out until you pay. We remind you before each step.
• Paying brings everything back at once.

We may suspend an account for non-payment, fraud, a policy breach, or at your request to close; we always tell you the reason. A suspension for non-payment lifts when you pay; any other is lifted only by our team. Closing is permanent: records are kept, the venue leaves the marketplace and is never billed again.
